S-Works Diverge STR Frameset

The S-Works Diverge STR features Future Shock suspension front and rear, delivering compliance without compromise. By suspending the rider instead of the bike, Future Shock technology increases control and efficiency while decreasing fatigue, allowing you to ride farther and faster over chunky terrain. The system achieves this without the weight, sluggish pedal response, and inefficiency of traditional suspension systems. Future Shock technology uses damped, tunable travel of 20mm front and 30mm rear to absorb bump forces and boost control and capability while retaining the efficiency and responsiveness of a rigid frame. The hydraulic damping in the rear travel eliminates bobbing under power and ensures big hits never catapult you from the saddle, all without compromising fit or pedaling efficiency. The frame starts with FACT 11r carbon construction and incorporates 20mm of adjustable, damped front travel that keeps you in control while protecting your hands, arms, and shoulders from impacts. The rear suspension puts 30mm of travel in the ideal path to smooth out rough road surfaces. Tire clearance is generous at 47mm on a 700c wheel and 2.1" on 650B, making the Diverge STR the most capable gravel bike in the lineup. The S-Works FACT 11r carbon frame is more compliant than any drop bar bike Specialized has made, yet adds just 100 grams compared to the standard S-Works Diverge frame. The frameset is designed to climb, race, or carry loaded bags and gear for long hauls while delivering faster and smoother performance.
