The frame features D'Aluisio Smartweld technology with continuously-varied wall thicknesses and shaping that deliver stiffness for efficiency and compliance for comfort. A one-piece hydroformed seat tube integrates the seat tube pivot, main pivot, and BB shell, eliminating extra weight and complexity compared to traditional welded designs. With 110mm of Ride Dynamics tuned suspension, the Chisel inherits advanced suspension kinematics and progressive geometry proven on technical World Cup courses. A flex stay rear end design delivers class-leading suspension performance while eliminating the weight and maintenance of traditional pivot designs, achieving the efficiency and control typically found only on carbon bikes. The geometry and kinematics optimize pedaling efficiency with a steep seat tube positioning the rider for maximum power transfer. Engineered anti-squat reduces pedal-bob, translating every watt into forward motion.
